Traders Application
Welcome traders! We’re building a vibrant marketplace at Yebo Go Go and we’d love you to be part of it. If you sell handcrafted goods, clothing, biltong, South African or Zimbabwean food, drinks, or anything that celebrates our culture and community, we want to hear from you.
Trader Criteria
Before you apply, please make sure your stall fits the Yebo Go Go vibe. We’re especially looking for traders offering South African or Zimbabwean goods, handmade and artisan items, biltong, boerewors, snacks, drinks and products that celebrate our culture and community. All traders must be fully insured and able to provide any food hygiene or safety certificates where needed.
What next?
We will carefully review your application and provide an update as soon as possible. To ensure a diverse experience for our guests, we aim to limit similar stalls; if you aren't selected this time, we will keep your details for future opportunities. To celebrate our inaugural year and support your growth within the Yebo Go Go family, successful applicants only pay for a camping ticket—there is no additional stall fee. This reflects our commitment to building this community together rather than focusing on profit. The only potential extra costs involve electrical requirements or specific shop space hire, both of which we are happy to assist you with.
Trader FAQ
Q1: How much does it cost to trade at Yebo Go Go?
A: For our first year, successful traders only need to purchase a ticket with camping. There is no extra stall fee. The only additional costs may be for electricity or hiring a shop space.
Q2: What’s included in my pitch?
A: Your pitch is for the stall space only. You’ll need to bring your own gazebo, tables, display units and any other equipment you require.
Q3: When can I arrive and set up?
A: Full setup details will be sent in your confirmation email, but generally traders can arrive the day before opening or early on the first morning to set up.
Q4: How long will it take to hear back after I apply?
A: We aim to review all applications and respond within 7–10 working days. If we’re still finalising the trader mix, it may take a little longer.
Q5: Do food traders need extra certificates?
A: Yes. Any trader selling food or drink must have up‑to‑date food hygiene certificates, public liability insurance and any relevant local approvals. We may ask you to provide copies before confirming your pitch.
